One laptop per child

The OLPC project's goal is to "provide children around the world with new opportunities to explore, experiment and express themselves". Impara's responsibility within this project is to adapt and optimize the multi media authoring environment Sophie to the requirements and potential of the OLPC project. Impara also provides support to Viewpoints Research Institute for their work on the Squeak etoys environment for the OLPC.
